If you have an item that needs to be returned please contact your sales representative or the ecommerce department by phone for instructions. Returns will be refunded in the form they were purchased within 5-7 business days after item is received.

Unopened items may be returned within 10 days of receiving item. If item was purchased locally it may be returned for full refund, if item was delivered cost of pick-up and delivery will not be covered. If item was shipped, the actual costs of outbound and inbound shipping will not be covered, even if item was "free shipping". We can help offer discounted rates on returned items but not packaging.

Ritz Mowers Store accept returns on "defective" products. These items must be taken to a local service center to get a recommended letter under warranty. Ritz Mowers Store will bound the return fee from your location. And then we will arrange all document needed to claim the warranty to Manufacturer including recommended letter from your local service center.Ritz Mowers Store will be responsible with Defective Product 100% for make sure all customer satisfied.
